What is the delivery time for my order?
At Monroe & Parker, our delivery process may be slightly different from what you're used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are able to significantly reduce storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at highly competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to high demand, your order may occasionally take a little longer to arrive than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If the estimated delivery period has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us at info@monroe-parker.com. We will gladly investigate the status of your package for you.
I would like to return or exchange my order. How does it work?
To start a return, simply contact our customer support team at info@monroe-parker.com.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number (e.g. #0000)
- The reason for your return
We will provide you with the return address and confirm your return request. Once confirmed, you may send the item back using a shipping carrier of your choice.

We offer a 30-day return period. The return period begins on the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The 30-day return period must not have expired.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
