Would you like to return a product?
No problem! Simply send an email to info@monroe-parker.com with the reason for your return request. Our team will be happy to assist you.
What are the conditions for returning products?
The return period is always 14 days from the date of delivery. Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item(s).
Return shipping costs to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.
The return period begins on the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within the 14-day return period.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days, provided the item is returned in good condition.
Please Note
If a package is not collected from the designated pickup location and is returned to the sender, a new shipment can be arranged. This must be requested within 5 days of the package being returned. After this period, the item may be disposed of. The cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.

If your product arrives damaged or is not delivered in good condition, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the package by emailing info@monroe-parker.com.
Unfortunately, claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.
